  • Does The Wallet Shop provide gift wrapping services?
  • Gift wrapping service is currently not provided. However, we do provide gift boxes for wallets and accessories.

  • Am I allowed to do an exchange at a different outlet from where I made my purchase?
  • Yes, you may do so as long as you have retained the original receipt and the item is in original condition.

  • Do you do reservation of items? If so, how many days can I reserve an item for?
  • Yes, we allow the reservation of items for up to 3 days.

  • What are some tips for proper care and maintenance of a wallet?
  • For leather products, you may use leather care cream for general maintenance. For products made of non-leather material, you can use a damp cloth to wipe the surface and leave it to dry.

  • What is your exchange/refund policy?
  • We don't do refunds. The exchange of items has to be done within 7 days from the date of purchase with the item in its original condition and the receipt has to be produced at the point of exchange.

  • What type of material are the wallets made of?
  • The common materials used for wallets that we carry are – leather, PVC, PU Leather, nylon and polyester.

  • Which is more durable and lasting – PVC or leather wallets?
  • Leather is most durable and has a longer life span.

  • Do you provide repair services for the wallets/bags?
  • Yes, we provide repair services for wallets and bags purchased at our stores.

  • Are there any credit card promotions/discounts?
  • Yes. We do roll out month-long credit card promotions/discounts from time to time so keep a lookout for them on our HIGHLIGHTS page or sign up for our mailing list!

  • What should I do if I discover a manufacturing defect/damage with my purchased items?
  • Let our retail staff know and we will determine the relevant follow up procedure on a case by case basis.

  • Do you provide embossing services for wallets?
  • We do not provide embossing services at present.

  • I have misplaced my receipt. Am I still able to make an exchange?
  • Unfortunately not. We will require the original receipt in order to process the exchange.

  • Can I purchase products from The Wallet Shop online?
  • We do not provide online sales at the moment. But we will definitely let you know if we do!

  • Do you have outlets in other countries?
  • The Wallet Shop is available only in Singapore. Click the FIND US tab to locate our island-wide stores.
