What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our charges for local delivery within Singapore is S$5.00. Local pick-up from our store is free.

If you spend above SGD$60, delivery within Singapore is free.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

VISA, Mastercard & STRIPE. Our website is SSL Certified & no credit card details are stored on our site.

How long will delivery take?

Local delivery will take up to 7 working days. 

You will receive 3 emails:

  1. your order is being processed
  2. your order has been processed
  3. your order has been shipped


How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We only use reputable 3rd party payment gateways such as Stripe This means no credit card information is stored on our website. We are also SSL Certified.

What exactly happens after ordering?
  1. You will receive your order confirmation via email (may land on your spam/junk mail)
  2. You can wait for order notifications such as Order is being packed, Order is ready for collection/ Order is on it’s way
  3. Do not panic if you have not received an email notifications from us.
  4. You will also receive an SMS notification from our delivery partners (Ninjavan / Janio / UrbanFox / DHL Express) with your delivery information.
What is your return policy?

Our in-store exchange policy is 14 days from the date of purchase.

Our online exchange policy is 14 days from the date of receipt of our products.
